The Gift Voucher is redeemable only at www.jugoplay.com and not at retail stores.
The Gift Vouchers shall have a validity period of 1 year, from the date of purchase.
The Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Multiple Gift Vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single order.
No cancellation requests of the Gift Vouchers are allowed.
In cases where the order is canceled, the Gift Voucher amount shall not be refunded.
In cases of replacement of the order, the replacement is offered only in cases of Damage in Transit, and the proof is to be submitted at info@jugoplay.com within 72 hours of delivery. The customers are not entitled to any refunds & Jugo Play reserves the right to cancel any requests for the same.
Once the Gift Voucher has been sent to the customer, the customers are bound to protect the Gift Vouchers number. In the event of fraudulent use of Gift vouchers due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, Jugo Play shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such Gift Vouchers.
